Tina has worked extensively in the south west and south Wales and has an unusually broad range of experience which is extremely valuable to landowners; developers and investment funds. Tina is a committee member of both the Bristol Property Agents Association and the Forum for the Built Environment. Tina is also an assessor for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in respect of the Assessment of Professional Practice (Planning and Development Pathway).

Matthew currently advises private landowners; developers; major housebuilders and investment funds on sales and acquisitions on various bases such as options and promotion agreements; conditional contracts and joint ventures. Matthew has significant experience in site and development appraisals, planning appraisals along with (emerging) policy analysis/review to identify existing and potential (strategic) development sites/schemes.

Nigel has worked in the UK and abroad, in both private and public sectors, with particular expertise in master planning, assessing urban growth potential, housing and handling large scale planning applications. Nigel has worked with the PAS, Atlas, the Prince’s Foundation and The Homes and Communities Agency. Currently Nigel is heading up the new master plan for Damascus in Syria.

Catherine started her career at Hampton & Sons handling the advertising requirements of their London offices and later the 56 regional offices when the company changed to Hamptons. She then moved to Brend Thompsen Shepherd as the Property Account Manager. During her time in Bristol, Catherine established Knight Frank as the leading city centre development sales agency responsible for over 50% of the residential sales market. Catherine specialises in development consultancy as well as sales and marketing strategy.

Matthew has a sound technical knowledge and utilises his development and planning experience to provide informed advice to his clients. His focus is to provide an excellent, professional service underpinned by careful due diligence to maximise value.

Carlos specialises in Business & Project Development, of large scale international Hotel and Resort projects. Carlos has experience in strategic forward-planning; operating within tight financial disciplines imposed by ambitious budgets. Carlos's cosmopolitan background and analytical interests in other cultures, together with a command of several European languages, have also left him confident in handling negotiations that require the reconciliation of different national approaches to otherwise common problems.
